Job Description
Fidelity Services Group is looking for an ATM Admin Clerk with good administrative and data management skills. The job entails correct data entry and recordkeeping, as well as daily discussion with branch and head office staff about operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting, managing, and entering data.
- Daily communication with branches and HO staff regarding all operational difficulties.
- Obtaining an understanding of all reported concerns from branches, keeping a diary, and promptly and accurately escalating to the National Reconciliations Manager.
- Prepare and sort the data before inputting it.
- Check the accuracy and completeness of the data.
- Other related activities as directed by NR Manager.
Daily/monthly Reporting
- Working on everyday missed/failed services.
- Keep a log of all incidents.
- Responding to client inquiries.
- Data capture and sorting, as well as ensuring that all supplied information is correct.
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent administrative skills and discipline.
- Be able to properly manage daily deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills are required for professions ranging from branch teller to client management.
- Effective time management.
- Pay attention to detail.
